Biography
Part of the TJCA community since 2023, Bob currently serves as the Theatre teacher for Middle and High School.
His past accomplishments include:
- Being named the R-S Middle School Teacher of the Year in 2020.
He earned a:
- Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Kentucky
- Master of Arts in Teaching from Western Carolina University
Outside of work, Bob enjoys reading, restoring pinball machines, and strength training. He and his wife have two Boston Terriers, Jack and Nana. He has spent a significant part of his life working in professional theatre. He has performed in numerous plays and musicals and at regional theatres nationwide. He spent time working for a major Broadway producer on the hit musical Wicked. Bob spent time living in various parts of the country as well as in England and Australia while working on Wicked, Jersey Boys, Rock of Ages, Britney Spears, and countless other shows. He is passionate about theatre and the performing arts and is thrilled to share that experience with his students.
